  • Climatic Home Products’ partnership with their manufacturers goes beyond the typical distributor relationship. When distributors or vendors in other regions can’t get product in time, Climatic provided inventory. By supporting the brands represented by Climatic, in every way, everyone wins.

  • In recent years, when others were cutting back on inventory. Climatic Home Products maintained inventory and continued their “Just in Time” delivery. This kept dealers stocked and able to consistently move product.

  • In 2009 Climatic Comfort Products responded to the economic slowdown with a program to help dealers create consistency in their income and take their business to the next level – The Managed Air Program. The program, developed and implemented by Climatic Comfort Products, includes sales training, customized marketing tools, a service agreement package and an in-home selling system, and has a proven track record of helping participating dealers increase their closing rates and sell higher efficiency equipment.

  • A contractor contacted Climatic Comfort Products needing help with a design for a new ISO home (foam insulated house.) Since this type of construction is fairly new to the industry the contractor asked for assistance in the design and equipment selection. Utilizing the latest load calculation software Climatic assisted him in the design and equipment selection and trained him how to do it in the future for the design/build of more of these houses to follow. The end-consumer was happy with their new system and reported that their average power bill is $88.00 per month for a 2400 square foot home.

  • Churches can have a problem with copper being stolen from their HVAC units on the roof. Climatic Comfort Products is always happy to work with churches to supply temporary cooling until replacement units can be provided and work with insurance companies to stay within budget

  • Matrix IBS provisioned, implemented and supports a completely outsourced network, which includes Infor’s SX.e ERP software, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange Server and peripheral services, such as mobile device synchronization via Blackberry Enterprise Server. This outsourcing creates a much larger and more diverse portfolio of services that can then be customized and personalized for the needs and budget of each client.
